Stephen Slater:
Founder/Principal
Having founded Blu Croix Ltd. in 1989, Stephen has used his extensive knowledge in entitlement matters to assist corporate clients throughout the Americas. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from Miami University, Ohio, and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, California. Stephen’s extensive knowledge and experience has allowed him to manage a variety of disposition projects for several Fortune 500 companies, including: AT&T, Time Warner, Verizon, Frontier Communications, and 20th Century Fox.
Stefan Slater:
Project Manager
Stefan joined BCL in 2019 and is responsible for providing day-to-day management of permitting and entitlement projects for various telecommunication clients from initial proposal to project completion. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities with an emphasis on History/American Studies from Loyola Marymount University, California. He likewise has a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Nonfiction from Goucher College, Maryland.
Mike Morgan:
Project Director
Mike has been with the BCL team since 2000 and is responsible for obtaining numerous land use entitlements required to expand a multitude of telecommunication facilities. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California, majoring in Urban Planning and Development. Mike routinely conducts on-going market research, community consensus building, escrow closings, title and zoning analysis, and general project administration.
Eric Allen:
Project Manager
Eric assists clients with land use services that range from simple entitlements, to complex disposition projects. He also carries an extensive scientific background with an environmental focus, and looks forward to furthering BCL’s growth of environmental offerings. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from Otterbein University, Ohio and a Master of Science in Energy Policy & Climate Change from John Hopkins University, Maryland.
Simone Slater:
Office Manager
Simone is BCL’s newest team member, having joined in early 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management from Otterbein University, Ohio. Simone oversees the administrative tasks of BCL and manages the invoicing and project expenses for our clients.
